Changed your mind, or the fit is not right? Send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Condition
Items need to be unworn, unwashed and with the tear-away label still attached. Try things on — just don't wear them out.
How to return
- Email us with your order number and which items are going back.
- We send you a return label.
- Drop the parcel off and keep the receipt.
Refunds
Refunds land on your original payment method within 5–10 working days of the parcel reaching us.
Exchanges
For a different size, the fastest route is to return the original and place a new order — that way your size is held immediately rather than waiting on the return.
